When do you arrive for set up?
We will arrive 45 minutes – 1 hour before your event starts for set up.
Do I need to put down a deposit?
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit of your entire rental to make a reservation. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your rental. Payment is due upon arrival at event location before set up.
Do you do photo printing with the booth?
At this time, we do not do photo printing.
What are the space requirements?
We will need at least an 8 x 8 ft space, at least 40 ft away from a power outlet.
Do we need Wi-Fi?
No! We got you covered! Our photo booths come with cellular service!
How old do I have to be to secure a rentals?
All customers must be 18 years or older to secure a rental and sign a rental agreement.
Do you charge per hour?
Nope! We charge a flat rate, so if you need the booth for 2 hours or 5 hours, there’s no additional hourly cost!
What payment methods do you take?
We take cash and card. NO CHECKS.
What if I need to reschedule?
We allow rescheduling of our rentals within 7 days of the original rental date. While we do our best to cater to everyone’s schedule, we can not guarantee a rescheduled date if there is already another rental scheduled.
Are we responsible if the rental gets damaged?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our rentals. If a major rental item is damaged, rendering the rental out of service, we will charge a rushed replacement cost. Please review the terms & conditions on your contract.
Can children use this photo booth?
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the safety of the children and our equipment.
How late can I have my rental?
Regular rental hours are from 8AM to 10PM. If you’d like to keep the photo booth later than 10PM, we do offer a late pickup option until 12AM for an additional cost.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Delivery costs are included in the overall cost for deliveries up to 20 miles from Liberty Hill, TX. After 20 miles, we charge a set fee of $25 longer distances. We do not deliver over 50 miles from Liberty Hill.
